I discovered the problem.
Wherever these bad links are, most of them are to real pages of the right numbering (except for 2 or 3), but they're trying to get to them with dots in the URL, rather than underscores, which is how the actual URLs are.
For example,
Code:
http://wiki.starflight3.org/2_2-Attributes.ashx
is correct, but
Code:
http://wiki.starflight3.org/2.2-Attributes.ashx
is not, and results in me getting an error report.

(Those are in code blocks so the bad link doesn't result in web crawlers following it, if you were wondering)

This is one of the most common:
12_3_2-SFUBeastNon
You renumbered that one a long time ago to 12_4_3 or something similar, but none of the links to it got fixed.  I actually fixed a ton of those in the migration (any the wiki reported to me).

There are a LOT of broken links in the SF:RPG section.  They aren't reported in the admin page either, for whatever reason, but I do get emailed every single time someone (or something) tries to access one of them.  Since google is constantly crawling the site, you can see how that would get annoying really fast.
Alternatively, those bad page accesses could be from links you've placed elsewhere, such as here, in which case there's not a whole lot that can be done about it.
I just wish the software didn't email that as if it were an error...  That's a little paranoid...

That's odd...as far as I can tell all the links are working. At least, all the main navigational links between the pages and the ones from the title page are functioning. There are some links inside the pages, but I checked all of them a while ago; they were all functional and I didn't make any changes to any of those pages. We did give the appendix pages new filenames with this last update; that might have something to do with it. Out of curiosity, do you know which pages were trying to be accessed?

I think the sandbox feature was removed from the software.
Not sure why.

The wikimarkup tables getting screwed up is clearly just a bug in the way the software translates the wikimarkup to html.  I'd suggest doing anything more than very basic tables in raw html.
Or, alternatively, since it seems to be part of the problem, avoid rowspans where possible and use nested tables or similar constructs instead.

Alright...not sure what the significance of this is, but I've got two tables side by side at the bottom of the introduction to Chapter Two temporarily (with the game finished, I find myself out of a place to put notes, unfortnately; any word on whether the Sandbox will make a reappearance?). The content of the tables is identical. The top table is done in straight HTML while the bottom table is in wiki markup. The top table looks okay, aside from the caption on top appearing outside of the table; not sure why it's like that (may have just been that way in preview; on the saved page it looks fine). The bottom table has got the problem I posted about a couple of days ago.

Yes, you do have limited administrative access.
The permissions structure isn't the most intuitive or, in my opinion, intelligent, but it is workable.

Have you tried writing the tables yourself in raw HTML?

Been a while since I've written anything in straight-up HTML...I can give it a shot, see what happens.

In theory, you should have permission now.

Yep. Haven't tried uploaded anything yet; probably will do that on my morning break. I have tried removing categories again this morning and that's working now.

Just an FYI, I get the message "Access Denied" when I try to select "Administration" from the sidebar. This is normal for me, so no problems there. However, I've noted that there's now an "Admin" button up near the top (beside the "Discuss", "Edit" and "History" buttons) under which there are "Rollback" and "Administrate" options. The Administrate option takes me to the Administration home page; am I supposed to have access to this page?

File management seems the same really.  You probably just lost your file permissions in the migration.  I'll see about getting you upload permissions.

Same is probably true for categories, though I don't know why there would need to be special permission for that...

I'll have a look.

We've still got the problem with those tables with row headers putting some of the data that's supposed to be in the cells outside of the table. Take a look at http://wiki.starflight3.org/Appendix_One_Charts_And_Tables.ashx and you'll see what I mean. Appears to affect Firefox and IE; I don't have access to any other browsers at the moment, or I'd check with them as well.

Need to ask if they've changed how File Management works since the last version...I can look at what files are there under file management, but I don't see the dialogs that would let me upload new files or delete existing files.

I also apparently can't add/remove categories from a page; tried with 12.3.2 earlier today with no success.

I can edit the wiki and commit my changes without it puking, so these aren't bothering me quite so much.

Looks like it. I'll have to spend some time looking for little things and missing pictures, but other than that, it looks like we're back in business.

EDIT: Spoke to soon...we've still got some funky tables, apparently...

All problems seem to be fixed.

This migration is currently happening for the public wiki.
It should be done within the hour.

WTF.

Alright well I haven't been doing anything with it for the last couple weeks because we're planning a migration anyway and these sites are getting moved to new servers.
The wiki will get a fresh install at that time and we'll see where that gets us.

So what's the latest on the permissions, Opie?

I'll screw with the permissions this weekend to see what's up with that.

I know what's wrong with the images.  I'll get that fixed this weekend as well.

Okay...I can now access the pages and content, but it won't let me edit (in either Firefox or IE). The editing button says "View Page Code", even though I'm logged in, so there's probably still something wrong with the permissions.

I've also noticed that none of the images appear to be loading correctly; http://wiki.starflight3.org/12_3_2-SFUBeastNon.ashx is a good example of what I'm talking about. Not only are my images absent, but so is the little exclamation point in the snippet.

Try again.
Permissions got reset when I fixed it.  Old permissions have been restored.
